How to Purchase

To place an order, simply:

  1. Browse our website for the available items and prices.

  2. Contact us to confirm your order by either:

Once you’ve contacted us:

  • We’ll confirm if your desired product is in stock.

  • Payment will be processed securely over the phone.

  • A photocopied receipt will be emailed to you as proof of purchase.​

Shipping Details

  • Orders will be shipped promptly after payment is processed.

  • Standard shipping fees will apply (we’ll inform you of the cost before finalising your order).

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location, but we’ll provide an estimated delivery date once your order is processed.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email where possible.

Returns Policy

We aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please note the following:

Clothing Size Returns

  • If you’ve purchased clothing and it doesn’t fit, you may return the item to us.

  • We’ll send you the correct size, if available, at no additional shipping cost for the first exchange.

  • If a larger or alternate size is not in stock, we’ll issue you a store credit for the value of the returned item.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us by email at golf@stmichaelsgolf.com.au or call (02) 9326 8009 to inform us of your return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. We'll process your exchange or store credit once we’ve received the returned item and confirmed its condition.​

Additional Information

  • All sales are final for non-clothing items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
